Notable MD identifies the
cause of chronic medical problems!

“In its natural, healthy state, the human body is slightly alkaline.  Virtually all of our cells and tissues contain significant amounts of alkaline substances, such as minerals, oxygen, and bicarbonate.  Our blood must maintain a state of slight alkalinity for our very survival."

Almost all of our crucial physiological functions – including immunity, digestion, and cardiovascular function – as well as most of our metabolic processes and enzyme reactions require a slightly alkaline internal environment.  It follows, then, that both peak performance and optimal health depend on the body’s ability to maintain a slightly alkaline state in virtually all of our cells and tissues.  The benefits of maintaining this healthful state of slight alkalinity are summarized in the chart below.   A slightly alkaline state is also necessary if one is to maintain the ability to solve complex mental problems or sustain the creativity needed to make breakthroughs in any field.  It also supports our ability to socialize and create strong personal relationships.  Finally, when our cells and tissues are slightly alkaline, we are better able to ward off or quickly recover from minor illnesses such as colds, flus, sinusitis, and allergies.  We are also able to recover rapidly from injuries, minor surgery, and the effects of vigorous physical activity.

In contrast, when your cells and tissues are overly acidic, you tire easily and are often fatigued.  It becomes more difficult to think clearly.  You are more likely to develop a pessimistic outlook on life.  Even if you have high goals and aspirations in life, you will lack the energy and vital spark to carry them out to their fullest extent.  Over acidity decreases your resistance to colds and flu's.  You are more likely to suffer from allergies that leave you bleary-eyed and tired at work or sleepy from the drugs you take to suppress the symptoms.  Over acidity also contributes to conditions like arthritis, which can cause fingers, hips, and joints to become stiff and sore.  Eventually, this inability to neutralize acids in the body causes chronic, long-term medical problems like high blood pressure, autoimmune diseases, cancer, and finally, death itself.”
